I've received the wrong color / item how can we fix this?

If you've receive an item that differs from what was listed on your order confirmation. We ask that you contact us right away (five days after receipt) so we can take the proper steps in rectifying the issue.
to speed up that process we'd suggest you take a picture of the item and email it to us at Sales@clairhair.com along with your order number.
If you've received an item that was ordered and you do not like the color or style you'll have to fill out an RMA request to send the items back.
