My package shows delivered and I don't have it what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience , In the event your package was not delivered successfully we'd suggest that you contact us immediately so we can open a missing package claim for you with the delivery company . Once open we'll supply you with a claim number. Unfortunately a claim can take up to 30 days to be completed depending on the shipping company. We' d also suggest you contact the shipping company with the claim number to get information on how the claim is going. Once that claim is closed we'll contact you with a resolution.
